Saxton 4x4 - Bad aftersales service from Saxons4x4
I bought a 2009 Range Rover Sport which was not cheap, but what I wanted, on October 10th 2013. The agreement was that it was supplied with rubber mats and a boot liner.
There was no boot liner there when I picked the car up, but was promised by the salesman Cliff that one would be in the post. But it never arrived. I made numerous phone calls, with no one ever returning a call, but when I did manage to speak to some one they still promised it would be in the post !!! Now, 6 week later I've just gone out and bought one.
Furthermore, after having the car for 2 weeks I thought the car had a slow puncture.
I took it to the local garage and was told the inside of the wheel was damaged, and they gave me a report saying it was dangerous, so I contacted Saxons and they said they would replace the wheel with a refurbished one . The wheel arrived but to my disgust this wheel was also damaged, so it obviously had not been refurbished !!!!
So I'm now so fed up with Saxons so I've taken it to be refurbished myself, and the cost I will have to swallow, so as you can imagine I'm extremely disappointed with the aftersales service from Saxons. Once they've got your money you are out of their sight !!!!
