I bought a 3 year old Land Rover discovery from Steve at saxton 4x4 and the courteous manner in which he dealt with me as a customer was second to none however my positive experience with saxton would soon end after 2 months of ownership I had a problem and had to contact the service department I had the misfortune to speak to Olivia who was rude from the offset very standoffishand at one point even stated it was not her problem my vehicle had faulted How or why would you allow someone with such a poor telephone manner to work in a customer facing role My vehicle is still not fixed nobody calls me back after leaving several messages Now seeking legal advice
